Welder Compensation:

$19.00+/hr.

Shift/Working Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing company in Flat Rock to find skilled Welders for their 1st shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a work environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and respect.

What You Will Do Precision Welding:

Set up machines to MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum, stainless steel components, and thin-wall tubing.

Technical Execution:

Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine specific requirements while ensuring all work meets quality standards.

Operational Support:

Operate production machinery and maintain an organized, safe workspace. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!

Experience:

At least two years of related welding experience, specifically with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading blueprints, calipers, and tape measures; experience with CNC machinery is highly preferred.
