$21-$24 Job Summary We are currently seeking skilled and entry-level Welders to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding are encouraged to apply. Multiple shifts are available, and we are actively building our talent pipeline for upcoming projects and long-term opportunities. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding on a variety of materials Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds for quality and accuracy Grind, clean, and finish welded products as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Qualifications Previous welding experience preferred but not required for some positions Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, or Stick welding Ability to read tape measures and blueprints is a plus Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Skills Structural or fabrication experience AWS certifications are a plus Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred Manufacturing or production background
