Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal and ductwork. Measure materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools; perform basic math calculations for dimensions and tolerances. Operate rigging equipment such as cranes and forklifts safely during material handling and installation processes. Fabricate custom parts by threading pipes, soldering components, or performing mechanical assembly in accordance with ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
