Welder/Fabricator

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting MIG or TIG Welders and Fabricators to work with a company located in Beatrice, NE. We have opportunities available on all shifts. These are evaluation-to-hire opportunities with the potential to turn in to a long-term career!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Weld and/or fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using various tools and equipment Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure Operate welding equipment using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces according to specifications Solder or braze metal parts together as needed Ensure that all works meets quality standards and follows acceptable codes and standards for safety and structural integrity Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools used in the welding/fabricating process Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

1+ year welding and/or fabricating experience and/or education in the field is required Problem-solving and analytical skills Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule/Pay:

Positions available across all three shifts Pay depending on experience, skills, and education Employees paid weekly!
