Job Description

MIG Welder/Fabricator Beaver City, NE | Earn $1,200+/Week | 1st Shift | Great Benefits If you're an experienced MIG welder looking for the opportunity to earn more while working fewer hours, this could be the job for you. Join a team building quality trailers in a clean, organized welding bay where your production and craftsmanship are rewarded. Training pay starts at $20-22/hour and once you're up to speed, you'll move to piece rate where top performers can easily earn $1,200+ per week while working just 30-35 hours. Finish your work, and you may be able to head home early. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Opportunity to leave early when production goals are completed 1st Shift What You'll Do Weld and assemble trailer components from pre-cut steel using work orders and prints Perform quality MIG welds in flat, vertical and overhead positions Read measurements and fit components accurately Use plasma cutters and acetylene torches to modify parts as needed Clean welds and remove slag and debris with hand and power tools Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Previous MIG welding experience required Welding certification is not required Formal welding training may substitute for experience Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Ability to use hand torches and measuring tools accurately Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working on your feet and climbing on and around trailers Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to work in hot and cold conditions Pay & Benefits Training wage: $20-22/hour DOE Piece-rate pay after training Potential earnings of $1,200+ per week Weekly production bonus opportunities End-of-year employee appreciation bonus Benefits available after 60 days: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off This is a great opportunity for welders who take pride in quality work and want to be rewarded for their productivity not just the hours they put in.
