Robotic Welder (weekend)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:

$22.00-34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)

Shift:

Weekend Shift- Friday-Sunday | 6:00A-6:30P | 3-Day Work Week work 36 hours | paid for 40 hours + $0.75/hr. shift differential To get a head start in the process and receive an interview faster, please fill out this short Index and a Talent Specialist will be in contact -> https://go.cultureindex.com/p/VZ3su7sagyMobH Key Responsibilities Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred. Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding. Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications. Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes. Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment. Experience using inspection and measuring tools. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Why Join Standard Iron?
