Proficiency in short arc or pulse MIG welding using Millermatic or comparable MIG welding machines. Ability to perform production MIG welding on fixtures and assemblies of varying complexity. Basic experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, height gauges, and tape measures. Capability to read and interpret basic blueprints and welding-related documentation. Strong time management skills to work efficiently in a production welding setting. Ability to consistently produce functional welds with acceptable aesthetic quality. Comfort working with stainless steel and other metals commonly used in production welding. Qualifications 1+ year of shipping experience is preferred. 1+ year of forklift experience is preferred. 1+ year of TIG or stick welding experience is preferred. Experience with stainless steel welding and stainless steel fabrication. Robotic welding or exposure to automated welding processes. Prior experience in fabrication environments involving MIG welding, blueprint reading, and production welds. Why Work Here? You will join a family-oriented organization that values long-term growth and development.
