• Full-time Berlin Foundry & Machine Company is seeking an experienced welder to join our team in Berlin, New Hampshire.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values reliability, and enjoys working in a fast-paced fabrication and machine shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Fabricate, repair, and modify metal components and equipment
• Maintain high standards for weld quality and safety
• Work independently and collaboratively with shop personnel
• Assist with general shop and fabrication duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment
• Experience with machining or heavy equipment repair is a plus
