Charlestown, NH Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, performs varied and complex tasks. Orients, trains, assigns, and checks the work of other employees. Ability to help motivate and encourage employees to reach their goals. Ability to work well under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with employees and supervisor. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Basic computer literacy. Knowledge of production procedures Adapts new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Ability to read and understand drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bill of materials, and reports. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues and refers to higher levels. Understands and adheres to the company quality standards. May assumes supervisor/manager's duties in their absence. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1 year of leadership experience preferred Physical demands and abilities Able to lift up to 35 pounds Able to stand for entire shift Regularly performs repetitive tasks Possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
