Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and solder high-reliability glass-to-metal and hermetically sealed components, perform testing and inspections, and support secondary assembly operations. The ideal candidate has strong soldering skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components under a microscope.
Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
7:00 AM - 4:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Some schedule flexibility may be available
Location:
Wilton, NH Responsibilities Solder and assemble small components to quality standards Work under a microscope to inspect and verify parts Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures Perform testing using basic electronic test equipment Clean and inspect finished assemblies Identify and report quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet daily production goals and schedules Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of soldering experience in manufacturing
