Overview Join our dynamic team as a Welder and bring your expertise in metal fabrication to life! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality welds that meet precise specifications, ensuring the integrity and safety of various construction, manufacturing, and maintenance projects. Your skills will help shape durable structures, pipelines, HVAC systems, We're seeking motivated professionals eager to apply their welding talents in a fast-paced, rewarding setting where every bead counts! Duties Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, and other welding techniques to join metals according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering standards Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute welds on pipes, structural components, or assemblies Prepare workpieces using hand tools and power tools, including grinding, cutting, and cleaning metals before welding Conduct routine inspections of welds for quality assurance Maintain a clean work environment on construction sites or manufacturing floors while adhering to safety protocols Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and knowledge of specific welding standards Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with construction site work, manufacturing environments, or maintenance operations involving welding Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics for precise fabrication Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding projects Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working with heavy equipment or at heights Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a real impact!
