MIG Welder - Stainless Steel Fabrication Amherst, NY 6:00AM-2:30PM Full benefits available. Join a growing custom fabrication shop specializing in high‑end stainless steel systems for the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical industries. This role is ideal for an experienced MIG welder who values precision, cleanliness, and quality workmanship.

Job Description:

Perform MIG welding on stainless steel components for sanitary and structural applications. Fabricate and assemble tanks, pressure vessels, vacuum chambers, and custom assemblies. Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints and schematics. Maintain food‑ and pharma‑grade weld quality and cleanliness standards. Operate fabrication tools including grinders, polishers, cutters, and machining equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet quality and delivery requirements. Support on‑site welding and installation as needed.

Required Experience:

3-5+ years of MIG welding experience on stainless steel. Ability to pass a 3/8" stainless steel weld test (corner and butt joint). Experience with food‑grade or sanitary stainless welds. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
