The Role:

Welder / Fabricator (Senior-Level) We're looking for a highly skilled, experienced fabricator to join our growing team. Someone who can lead by example, think on their feet, and bring precision, creativity, and hustle to the table every day. What You'll Be Doing

MIG & TIG

welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum alloys, primarily sheet metal Bench fixturing and tight-tolerance weldment assembly Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols with confidence Grinding, blending, and finish work to a high standard Operating support equipment (band saws, chop saws, drill presses/manual mill) Working side-by-side with design and engineering to solve problems on the fly Using advanced tech like Siegmund fixturing tables, handheld laser welding, semi-automated processes, and CAD/CAM tools What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in precision metal fabrication Proficient in blueprint reading and dimensional inspection CAD model experience is a strong plus Strong understanding of tight angular and dimensional tolerances A collaborative mindset and fast, creative problem-solving ability Solid computer skills and comfort with tech-based workflows Ambition, adaptability, and a high personal standard of quality A passion for building cool stuff — and building it right AWS Welding certification(s) a plus, but not required Tech, Tools & Perks Fully outfitted with top-of-the-line welding tools and shop gear Access to CAD software, ERP systems, and real-time digital workflows Training on new machines, automation tech, and fabrication software Siegmund fixturing tables, handheld laser welders, and more Clean, modern shop with premium PPE and industrial-grade ventilation Work with a forward-thinking team that actually loves what they do This isn't your average weld booth gig — it's a front-row seat to the future of fabrication.
