Build Manufacturing's technology depth and operational excellence, we're creating high-quality, sustainable jobs and world‑class products in the U.S. What You'll Do Run clean, reliable welds (starting with MIG/stick in flat and horizontal). Assist with setup of welding machines, jigs, fixtures, and fabrication tools. Perform layout, fit-up, and tack operations from basic drawings and weld symbols. Prep and align pipe, tube, and structural materials; observe stainless procedures. Conduct visual inspections; identify and help prevent common weld defects. Keep an OSHA- and 5S-aligned, safe, and organized work area. Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, engineers, and project stakeholders. Advance to vertical/overhead positions, TIG, stainless, and pressure tasks as skills progress. What You Need High school diploma or equivalent experience. Graduation from a recognized welding program or apprenticeship. Familiarity with welding tools, processes, and safety protocols. Proven capability in flat and horizontal welding. Pay & Incentives Hourly compensation is expected to range from $27.00 to $55.00, commensurate with education and years of experience.
