Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stainless Steel Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction teams. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet strict quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from pipe systems to structural frameworks, contributing to the creation of high-quality infrastructure and equipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about precision craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, and other specialized welding techniques according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute welding tasks. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to prepare materials for welding and assembly. Fabricate and assemble metal components for stainless steel Food and Pharmaceutical machinery Conduct tube bending, pipe threading, soldering, and rigging operations with precision to meet project requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing facilities. Inspect completed welds using calipers and visual testing methods to ensure quality control; make necessary adjustments or repairs. Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings for complex assemblies. Support maintenance activities by performing repairs on equipment or infrastructure as needed. Experience Proven experience in welding within manufacturing or construction environments is essential. Strong knowledge of MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and pipe welding techniques. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is required. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing, pipeline installation, tube bending, and rigging is highly desirable. Experience working on construction sites or in industrial settings with adherence to safety standards is preferred. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and basic math skills for precise measurements and assembly tasks. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to pressure vessels or pipelines will be an advantage. Join us in building a safer, more efficient future through expert craftsmanship! $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
