TIG Welder/Fabricator Air Cleaning Blowers Selkirk, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications TIG welding Attention to detail Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a TIG welder and fabricator for an entry level position. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies Use hand tools, power tools,brakes, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal components Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to welding and fabrication Work independently and with others to complete various tasks as assigned Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Desired Qualifications 1 year of TIG welding experience or recent welding program graduate Fabrication experience a plus Manufacturing background or mechanical aptitude Basic woodworking skills a plus Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, machining processes Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks Excellent attention to detail with the ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments effectively Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

From $20.00 per hour
