Self motivated employee that works well in a team oriented shop. Must be able to
READ BLUE
PRINTS, and a tape measure. Off the cuff thinker and problem solver. Experience with all basic weld/fab shop tools a must (torch, plasma, welders, iron worker, etc.) Company is a designer and builder of custom aggregate processing plants, so we do a lot of structural steel welding. short arc and gas shielded flux core (.045), painting and final assembly of purchased components prior to shipment. Summary As an Experienced Welder/Fabricator, you will be integral to our manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints, utilizing hand and power tools, and executing various welding techniques, including primarily MIG and some TIG welding. We expect you to leverage your core skills in fabrication and basic math, along with premium skills in forklift and crane operation, to produce high-quality components and equipment. Your relevant experience in rigging and mechanical knowledge will further enhance our production capabilities. Join us to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.Job Type:
