Job Description

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our team in Ashland, OH. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, or both. Candidates do not need certifications but must be able to successfully pass a weld test and/or fabrication test.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding on metal components to meet production and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal parts and structures Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and cutting tools Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous welding and/or fabrication experience required Ability to pass a weld test and/or fabrication test Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic IND2
