Job Description

Surge Staffing is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team in Bluffton, Ohio . This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a stable schedule and competitive pay.

Welder (MIG)
Location:
Bluffton, OH Schedule:
First Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Employment Type:
Full-Time Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies. Read and interpret work instructions and production specifications. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Inspect finished products for accuracy and workmanship. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience is required. Ability to use welding equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
