Geneva area Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth and stability We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and structural components. This position offers consistent hours and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding following established welding procedures Work with a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless, and mild steel Interpret welding specifications and blueprints Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience with MIG and TIG welding required Familiarity with resistance welding (spot welding) is a plus Ability to use an oxy-acetylene torch (brazing experience preferred) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Benefits and Perks $23/hr. based on experience Clean environment and potential for permanent hire!
