General Description Employees assigned to the Metal Assembly and Welding area operate TIG welding equipment and utilize hand tools to weld and assemble stainless steel sinks, counters, cook centers, and other restaurant equipment. Work Environment Manufacturing shop environment; regular exposure to dust, fumes and machinery Work Schedule Work hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Overtime available Physical Requirements Regularly standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, repetitive hand and arm motion, repetitive grasping and seeing. Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. Duties Perform various fabrication and welding tasks using plasma cutting and other tools and equipment; TIG welding and TIG stainless steel. Build, assemble, and fabricate metal structures according to specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Operate forklift or other machinery as needed.
