You will play a crucial role in our production and fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality metal products. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on aluminum or steel materials. Engage in production welding and some fab shop welding. Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. Read and utilize blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges. Set up welding machines according to job specifications and welding procedures. Operate robotic welders as needed. Fit products to meet blueprint specifications. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in MIG or TIG welding, with a preference for aluminum. Proficiency in blueprint interpretation. Experience with structural steel or aluminum. Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test. Successful completion of a lifetime BG check. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with tape measures and angle gauges. Familiarity with fabrication processes. Understanding of welding machines and robotic welders. Knowledge of various welding techniques including stick welding and TIG welding. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
