Position Summary We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join a growing automotive manufacturing team in Toledo, OH. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on automotive components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, schematics, and technical drawings Ensure welds meet quality specifications and production standards Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on completed welds Operate welding equipment and maintain tools in safe working condition Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals Assist with weld repairs and rework as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications 1-3+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience Manufacturing or automotive welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Robotic welding experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and work on concrete floors for extended periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Apply Today Send resumes to:
