Monday-Friday Pay:

$22.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components and structures Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and cutting tools Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous welding and fabrication experience required Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniques Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Welding certifications are a plus Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Overtime opportunities Career advancement and skill development opportunities If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
