Experienced Welder

Experienced Welder We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Experienced Welder for our client in Youngstown, Ohio. Hours:

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, on-site

Pay:

$19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Reading and understanding blueprints and job specifications Measuring and cutting material to specifications Welding materials using MIG, Flux Core, or other welding techniques Operating grinders for long periods of time Checking finished work to ensure it meets required tolerances Preparing metals and work surfaces for safe assembly Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure correctly Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience Minimum 6 months of Flux Core / Dual Shield welding experience Capable of performing manual labor Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace Willingness to learn company processes and procedures Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience working in manufacturing, steel mill, or industrial environments Familiarity with operating grinders and other hand tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

Welding certification or related technical training (if available) Prior experience in steel fabrication or industrial manufacturing

Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Must be able to stand, bend, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working safely around machinery and production equipment On-site work only
