About the Role We are seeking experienced Welding Specialists to contribute to the fabrication of high-quality components. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise and consistent welds on metal structures within a dynamic production setting. Your proficiency in interpreting technical documents and operating welding equipment will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Execute MIG welding techniques on metal frames, parts, and assemblies to meet project specifications. Interpret and apply technical blueprints, measurements, and production guidelines to ensure accurate fabrication. Configure welding equipment and optimize settings to achieve desired weld quality and efficiency. Conduct thorough inspections of welds to verify structural integrity, precision, and adherence to quality standards. Prepare materials by grinding, cleaning, and prepping surfaces to facilitate optimal welding conditions. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a well-organized and hazard-free work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and project milestones. Qualifications Proven MIG welding expertise, preferably within a manufacturing or trailer welding context. Proficiency in interpreting tape measures, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and precision in welding tasks. Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, within a fast-paced work environment. Consistent attendance record and a strong dedication to work ethic.
