$16-$18/hour Consistent overtime opportunities for increased earnings Hands-on training and skill development Stable, full-time position in a growing production environment Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and assist with fabrication of steel frames and building components Operate tools such as grinders, scrapers, welding hoods, and gougers Follow all welding procedures, blueprints, and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Participate in company training programs and adhere to policies Support team production goals and complete additional assigned duties Qualifications Basic knowledge or experience with MIG welding (preferred) Experience with plasma cutting or oxy-acetylene torch is a plus Welding certifications are helpful, but not required Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Education & Skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of fractions) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods Schedule Full-time Overtime frequently available Apply Today!
