What You'll Do:

Perform TIG welding on aluminum components to high-quality standards Fabricate custom parts and assemblies from blueprints and drawings Cut, fit, and assemble materials for van and truck accessories Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently Ensure weld quality, fitment, and overall product integrity Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time What's In It for

Have:

Experience with aluminum TIG welding General fabrication experience (cutting, fitting, assembling) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Strong attention to detail and quality

The Musts:

Proven TIG welding experience (aluminum required) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work with hand and power tools Strong work ethic and team mindset

Preferred:

Experience with van/truck accessories or custom builds MIG welding experience (plus) Familiarity with shop equipment (press brake, shear, etc.)
