Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $24.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 02:30pm to 12:00am) Training will take place on 1st shift: Mon-Thurs 4:00am-2:30pm Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps Follow safety, quality, and production standards Production Welder - 2nd shift

Qualifications:

Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-70 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
