As a Welder Fabricator, you'll play a crucial role in performing MIG, Fluxcore, and occasional TIG welding while operating fabrication equipment and preparing metal components for assembly. This position offers a variety of hands-on tasks across diverse projects, making it an ideal opportunity for welders who thrive on varied responsibilities. What You'll Do As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Performing Hardwire/MIG welding and Fluxcore welding with accuracy and efficiency. Completing occasional TIG welding to meet precise project specifications. Grinding and deburring metal parts using handheld tools and palm grinders to achieve a polished finish. Operating drill presses and press brakes to fabricate components to exact measurements. Efficiently removing parts from laser cutting machines and burn tables. Tack and spot welding components in preparation for final assembly. Reading and measuring accurately with tape measures to uphold high-quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment to ensure safety and maximize efficiency. Supporting production goals by consistently delivering high-quality workmanship on all projects. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will possess: Prior welding experience (required). Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding; TIG welding experience is a plus. The ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Capability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed. Attention to detail coupled with strong fabrication skills that enhance the quality of your work. A dependable work ethic and reliable attendance to contribute to our collaborative team environment.
