Welder/Fabricator (MIG & TIG - Stainless Steel)

SE Portland, OR Job Description We're seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator specializing in stainless steel to support full-cycle custom fabrication. This position requires strong TIG welding skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to complete high-quality, custom builds. Responsibilities Perform full-cycle fabrication of custom stainless steel components and assemblies Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, and grinders Execute precision TIG welding on stainless steel materials Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Grind, polish, and finish parts to meet quality standards Fit, assemble, and modify large industrial units Work in confined or tight spaces when needed to complete fabrication and finishing Assist with occasional installation or service work at customer sites (minimal travel) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Required Skills Advanced TIG welding experience Proficiency with grinding, finishing, press brake, and shear operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large-scale or industrial equipment Comfortable working in confined spaces Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us? 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
