Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Boat Builder/welder, where your skills will shape the future of our manufacturing processes! In this role, you will engage in various construction and assembly tasks, utilizing your welding and fabrication knowledge and hands-on expertise to create high-quality products. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production line. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact, we want to hear from you! What you'll do Build boats Mig welding Aluminum Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide assembly processes. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for accurate fabrication. Weld and fabricate with a focus on quality control and adherence to specifications. Operate machinery including forklifts and welding equipment to support production needs. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Proficient in welding aluminum. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as tape measure Preferred qualifications Experience with fabrication techniques and welding. Previous boat building experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
