Life Insurance Job Description:

Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operated MIG welding equipment per WPS and setup instructions Verified filler materials, adjusted gas flow, and optimized machine settings Read blueprints and weld prints to ensure accurate weld size and placement Loaded and aligned parts in fixtures; performed welding to customer specifications Cleaned welds, removed spatter, and performed grinding/finishing as needed Conducted quality inspections and reworked parts to meet standards Operated robotic weld cells and ensured proper tooling setup Maintained equipment and kept a safe, clean work environment

High School Experience:

12 months

Physical:

Ability to left up to 50 lbs at a time. This position involves a lot of bending, twisting and lifting.

Skills:

Minimum one year of related experience is preferred. Experience as a welder and running a robotic welder. Must be able to read blueprints, work orders, and follow instructions. Ability to pass a hands on and written test. ...
