This is a paid, entry level training opportunity designed to turn motivated individuals into certified welders.

What this role offers:

18-month structured training program (after successful 90-day probationary period) Hands-on training in welding and heat treat operations Training to earn and pass two welding certifications Learn EFS welder workmanship standards Who should apply: Individuals interested in a career in the welding trade Little or no welding experience or formal schooling required Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
