Entry Level Welder Pay:

$19-$20/hr (raise after 30 days) Job Description Join a dynamic team at a custom fabrication shop that partners with various companies for unique projects. As a welder, you will be part of a company known for its great culture, emphasis on teamwork, upskilling, and personal development. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding. Familiarity with drawings or blueprints. Experience working with carbon steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with aluminum welding is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience or formal schooling in MIG welding, setting up welding machines, grinding, and polishing. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
