Job Description

About Stoltz Mfg. Stoltz Mfg., LLC builds two nationally recognized specialty equipment brands: Stoltzfus Spreaders (2-20 ton agricultural lime and fertilizer spreaders) and Stoltz Site Spreaders (truck-mounted and pull-type dry Portland cement spreaders for soil stabilization and full-depth reclamation). Our products are sold and used across North America. We are a 25-person shop in Morgantown, PA. We bring in raw steel — sheets and structural shapes — and cut, bend, weld, paint, and assemble it into finished equipment. Our team takes genuine pride in the quality and performance of what we build, and our customers depend on it. Why This Role Is Different Most weld shop jobs keep you behind a welding gun and nothing else. This one doesn't. We're looking for someone who starts as a skilled welder and fabricator, and over time grows into a multi-trade technician — learning hydraulic system installation, electrical wiring, machine assembly, and truck body mounting. If you're mechanically curious, take pride in doing things right, and want a career that keeps expanding, this is worth a serious look.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $25.00

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of welding/fabrication experience (MIG welding preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic wiring or hydraulic schematics — or a genuine willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and real interest in expanding beyond welding into hydraulics, electrical, and assembly work Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a small team Able to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required
