Responsibilities:
Complex Custom Packages, Heat Exchangers and Vessels Performs all operations in the manufacture of custom packages, heat exchangers and vessels to required specifications and budgets. Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Welds internal and external parts Assembles and welds water boxes Sub arc tube sheets Welds tube to tube sheet Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets Assembles, welds, and installs sub assembly parts Welds internal and external parts Installs heads and sub arc Sub arc wrappers Assembles and welds supports, legs and angles Assembles and welds water boxes Performs other duties as assigned Standard Compressor Packages Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets. Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system piping Assist in training less experienced employees Performs other duties as assigned Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system piping Assist in training less experienced employees Performs other duties as assigned. Your Profile / Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.Certified Vocational Degrees Preferred Minimum Experience:
3+ years' experience in lieu of vocational degree/certificate in structural / pipe welding Pipe welding (Ability to qualify in a 6G test for Mig, Pulse and Tig) Basic math skills Basic blueprint reading Basic fabrication skills Comprehension of safety rules Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface. Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs. Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00- $32.
