Role:

This position involves working on high-end projects across the Phoenix Valley and Prescott-Flagstaff areas. You'll be responsible for Leading a small Team in Chino Valley and coordinating with our Team in Mesa receiving, fabricating, welding, painting, transporting around the valley and helping install various custom steel elements, contributing to unique outdoor environments and architectural features.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality welding on steel components (required) Paint and finish metal structures Install custom steel elements on-site Lead and coordinate with team members Maintain organization and efficiency on projects Adapt to varying daily tasks and project needs

Requirements:

Proven welding experience (required) Valid Arizona driver's license Dependable and punctual Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to think ahead and problem-solve Flexible and team-oriented mindset

What We Offer:
