What You'll Do Set up and organize welding tables Weld building components Assist the lead in overseeing the weld assistants Apply spray coating (re-galvanizing) to finished welds Move materials in and out of the welding area Work closely with the Production Manager Step in wherever needed — lead by example What We're Looking For At least 3 years of welding experience Experience with galvanized welding is a big plus Forklift experience Leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong attention to detail Willingness to adapt and keep things moving What We Offer Steady, competitive pay On-the-job training to sharpen your skills Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles or cross train Respectful, team-focused work environment Benefits 401(k) with up to 4% company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Health Savings Account (HSA) Optional accident and critical illness coverage Company SWAG gift card Why Pine View Buildings?
