Job Overview Are you passionate about motorcycles and craftsmanship? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Custom Motorcycle Builder to bring unique visions to life! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and assembling custom motorcycles that reflect both innovative artistry and technical precision. Your expertise will transform raw materials into stunning, high-performance machines that stand out on the road. Duties Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide custom motorcycle fabrication and assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools such as CNC lathes and calipers to shape, cut, and assemble motorcycle components. Read and analyze schematics to ensure accurate wiring, plumbing, and mechanical configurations. Fabricate custom parts through welding, machining, or other manufacturing techniques to meet specific design requirements. Assemble motorcycle frames, engines, electrical systems, and bodywork with precision to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely for moving heavy parts or assembled components within the workspace. Conduct quality inspections throughout the build process to ensure all components fit correctly and function flawlessly. Qualifications Proven experience with mechanic work or motorcycle building; familiarity with custom fabrication is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge including understanding of engine systems, wiring diagrams, and vehicle schematics. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise fabrication. Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG or TIG welding; certification is a plus. Experience with manufacturing processes including machining (CNC lathe), assembly, and use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to operate specialized equipment like calipers for measurements or forklifts for material handling safely.
