Welder Schedule:

1st Shift Monday through Friday 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM Some Saturdays required 12-hour shifts Welder Job Responsibilities Perform Aluminum TIG welding Complete occasional thin steel welding Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints Maintain quality and safety standards Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing environment Build real-world experience to grow into a skilled TIG welder Welder Requirements & Qualifications Welding certificate required Recent high school graduates, technical school graduates, and welding program graduates are encouraged to apply Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
