Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custom Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality fabricated components that meet detailed specifications and industry standards. Your expertise in various welding techniques, sheet metal work, and blueprint reading will be essential to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Duties Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components and assemblies Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble materials Perform
MIG, TIG, FCAW

> welding with strict adherence to ASME codes & standards Measure and inspect materials using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy Use rigging and crane operations for lifting and positioning heavy materials safely during fabrication processes Cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal and ductwork for diverse manufacturing projects Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to construction site environments and equipment operation Requirements Proven construction site experience or background in manufacturing environments involving heavy fabrication Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, <
