Trades Exchange (TEX) is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for industrial projects requiring carbon and stainless steel welding experience. Candidates must be able to pass a 2" Schedule Carbon Pipe Weld Test and demonstrate strong knowledge of pipe welding procedures, fit-up, and quality standards. This is a fast-paced industrial environment looking for dependable welders who can produce high-quality welds safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform pipe welding on carbon and stainless steel piping systems Complete 2" Schedule Carbon weld tests successfully Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld procedures Perform SMAW, GTAW/TIG, MIG, or Flux Core welding as required Ensure welds meet quality and code standards Assist with fit-up, layout, and fabrication when needed Operate safely in industrial and construction environments Maintain welding equipment and tools Follow OSHA and site-specific safety procedures at all times Work overtime, shutdowns, and outage schedules as needed

REQUIREMENTS MUST

have experience with stainless steel welding MUST be able to pass a 2" Schedule Carbon Pipe Weld Test Previous industrial pipe welding experience required Ability to read and understand blueprints and ISO drawings Strong understanding of weld procedures and pipe systems Must have welding hood, PPE, and basic tools Reliable transportation required Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends when necessary Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude required

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS AWS

Certifications TIG / Stick Pipe Certifications OSHA 10 or

OSHA 30 NCCER
