Company Overview We are a growing manufacturing company located in Moscow, Tennessee, specializing in the production of high-quality heat transfer components and coil systems for commercial and industrial applications. Our operation relies on well-maintained, high-performing equipment, and we are seeking an experienced maintenance professional who can help drive reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement across the facility. Direct Hire $23-25/hr 1st Shift, 6am-3pm Monday-Friday OT is usually until 5pm Weekends OT as needed What's a typical day as a Welder? You'll be: Performing primary TIG welding and secondary MIG welding on commercial and industrial heat transfer components and coil systems Following established safety protocols and quality standards to ensure high-quality production Collaborating with team members and reporting to the Production Supervisor to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime Maintaining a clean and organized workspace This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have experience in TIG welding (required) and MIG welding (preferred) Hold a high school diploma or equivalent Are available for 1st shift hours with flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Are eager to learn, reliable, and work well in a team environment What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
