Hire Pay:

$20-$30/hour (Depending on Experience) An established industrial fabrication facility is hiring experienced Submerged Arc Welders (SAW) for day shift and night shift positions. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform submerged arc welding on carbon steel materials Set up and operate SAW welding equipment Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Sub Arc (SAW) welding experience Must pass a hands‑on welding test to be considered Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Experience working in an industrial or fabrication shop environment Ability to work assigned shift (day or night) Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
