Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with TIG welding processes and working with stainless steel.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm Duties Perform TIG welding on various materials, primarily stainless steel , ensuring high-quality welds the meet industry standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively to complete fabrication tasks Measure and mark dimensions on metal using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments Conduct assembly of metal components and structures using various types of hardware per project specifications Operate forklifts safely to move materials around the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in TIG welding techniques is required Ability to perform TIG welding on various metals but primarily stainless steel Familiarity with Miller welders Familiarity with fabrication processes Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools accurately Ability to read blueprints and schematics in order to execute projects to completion Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Knowledge of ASME codes and standards related to welding practices is a plus Compensation and Benefits Pay starting at $18-22 per hour based on experience PTO and paid holidays Full range of health, dental, and vision insurance plans
