Job Title:

Pipe Welder Action Group Staffing is currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders to fill openings in the Duncanville area (South Dallas). Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of welding experience ASME Section IX Certified Welder (PQR, WPS, & WPQ) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Pay & Schedule

Pay:

$20 - $24 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime available on Saturdays as needed Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily.

Additional duties may be assigned:

Cut and join metal parts for fabrication or repair using MIG welders, plasma cutters, arc welders, chop saws, oxy-acetylene torches, and similar tools Design and fabricate equipment and parts to meet specialized or unique requirements using specifications, drawings, measuring tools, and calculations Install or remove specialized equipment as needed Design and create holding jigs to support fabrication processes Maintain accurate records of all completed work Monitor inventory of welding supplies and request replenishment as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting Ability to stand for extended periods of time
