Key Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication on steel components and construction equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Repair and maintain heavy equipment, attachments, and structural materials Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform field welding at active construction job sites Ensure all welds meet company quality and safety standards Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times Qualifications Valid Steel Plate Welding Certification required Previous welding experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments preferred Ability to weld various thicknesses of steel plate Familiarity with MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding processes preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Health benefits Career growth opportunities within the company Our Company is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for all positions equally without regard to their race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, genetic information, among other things, or any other legally protected status.
