Luxor Staffing is hiring Fitter/Welders starting for 1st and 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am All candidates must have at least 6 months to a year of current welding experience. No pipe or small part welders. must have experience with 0.52+ old 1/16th wire size.
Duties:
  • Perform welding and fitting tasks according to project specifications and blueprints
  • Use various tools and equipment such as pipe threading machines, machining tools, plasma cutting equipment, soldering tools, forklifts, and press brake machines
  • Assemble and fabricate metal components and structures
  • Follow codes, standards, and safety guidelines to ensure quality and compliance
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity of welded joints and finished products
Experience:
Proven experience as a welder/fitter in a similar role Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
MUST HAVE STEEL MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
Welding experience while using a rotator is preferred Familiarity with pipe threading, machining, plasma cutting, soldering, and press brake machine operation. Understanding of codes and standards related to welding and fabrication
