TIG/GTAW

welding on stainless steel pipe and tubing in a shop environment Fit and fabricate pipe assemblies according to blueprints and shop drawings Weld stainless pipe in various positions and sizes Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning Ensure weld quality, penetration, and appearance meet company standards Use hand tools, grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment safely Maintain welding machines, tools, and work area Follow all shop safety procedures and quality requirements Work with shop supervisors and fabrication team to complete jobs on schedule Requirements 2+ years of TIG welding experience on stainless steel pipe preferred Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and tape measurements Experience with purge welding and sanitary welds is a plus Ability to pass a stainless steel TIG weld test Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable attendance and good work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience in food-grade, brewery, dairy, or pharmaceutical fabrication Basic fitting and layout experience AWS welding certification is a plus Work Environment Indoor fabrication shop environment Full-time position with overtime available as needed PPE required at all times Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Health insurance options Advancement opportunities within the company

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
